If you are having problems with our software, please submit a support
    ticket here:
    http://www.superantispyware.com/support.html

We will promptly assist you and help you uninstall. There should be no
problems removing SUPERAntiSpyware as our uninstaller will remove all
    files, drivers and services.

I look forward to assisting you, and I am sorry SUPERAntiSpyware did
    not work out for you!

superantispyware has shown itself to be quite a useful programme that is
light on resources, I did get a BSOD cycle once through its use, but to be
fair, that was probably more to do with the consequences of removing an
    infected file, rather then superantispyware.

    | I installed the free edition. It will not run and attempts to remove
    | the file are futile. I regret downloading this "program". BitDefender
    | indicates it is a trojan.

It is a False Positive declaration.

Please place the falsely identified file or files and place them in a password protected ZIP
file with the password being; infected
    { password = infected }

You should then use the following Email URL to send the password protected ZIP file to
    BitDefender.

    mailto:virus_submission@bitdefender.com?subject=Fa lse%20Positive

Thanks for your input. The file SuperAntispyware.exe cannot be
deleted, copied, name changed or altered in any way. I hope the Geek
Squad can delete it. If not a new HD is in order. I really regret
downloading this junk, spyware or trojan , what ever it really is. I
    learned a lesson.

It is NOT junk, spyware or trojan. It is legitimate software.

    See my other reply !

It's junk if it won't run.
