I stand behind any claims we make, because of the fact that our
diagnostic tools allow us to "see" just about everything - we have
cleaned up many infections that users didn't even know they had because
all tools reported a clean system.

The fact is that no product, even SUPERAntiSpyware, can catch
everything on a given day - but we will have a user run a diagnostic
and find any items we missed, and update our definitions to detect and
remove it. Therefor removing all the spyware, not just the easy ones.
