Pete - unfortunately there really is no "objective" site that can say
one product is "better" than another - the reason I say that is, no
single anti-spyware/malware/adware application can catch everything on
a given day - it just isn't possible. The number of zero-day (new)
threats that are coming out is mind boggling - we receive and harvest
literally thousands of samples per day/week.
The only things I can point you to are Spyware Warrior's
trusted/recommended applications list here:
http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_...tm#trustworthy
And our CNET Download.com comments here:
http://www.download.com/SUPERAntiSpy....html?sb=2&v=0
If you search the forums (CastleCops, Wilders, Spyware Warrior) you
will find many favorable reviews and "stories" of SUPERAntiSpyware
cleaning infections others won't, or I should say didn't on that
particular day
We are an agile and focused company and do near daily definition
updates to try and stay on top of the latest threats.
You can always download the product and try it for a while, and if you
decide to upgrade to the Professional, then great, if not, enjoy the
Free Edition!
