Spybot said I have casalemedia. I looked it up and it says its a
cookie. I deleted all stored cookies. Spybot would not do anything
to remove it. I did further checking on the web fir this file and all
I keep finding is information telling me how dangerous it is to
manually remove it. To that I say BULL****. I know how to safely
edit the registry and delete files. All these sites want me to
download their spyware software. I DO NOT trust any of them and know
that many of them ARE spyware. I have spybot and adware ONLY.
I just ran adware and it did not locate casalemedia. It only found
alexia which seems to be one of the most common spys. I let it remove
alexia as usual. Doing a registry search for "casale" shows nothing.
Doing a file search for "casale" shows nothing.

How do I manually remove it, if it actually is on my system? Spybot
can tend to be goofy at times....
