Thread: Anyone in here use Startup inspector

Anyone in here use Startup inspector

    From http://www.windowsstartup-DOT-com

A guy I know asked me to look at it, but he didn't offer to pay for my
trouble. If anyone here knows anything about it and doesn't mind
sharing for free, I'll tell him what you said about it. He doesn't
    know how to use newsgroups.

Never used the program, but based on the screen shot at the site, I would
be suspicious of it's recommendations. It lists a Nod32 and a Logitech
camera file as "system required". If I were writing a program to analyze
startup files, the only ones I would tag as system required are Windows
files necessary to keep the OS going. Of course, maybe that's just
    me.......

But, since it's freeware, why not download a copy and try it out?

I've been using Mike Lin's Startup Monitor ever since I ran across it 2-3
years ago. Don't know how the "inspector" could be any better.

    It's free.
