    | Do I need to edit all the bat files, or do I just run it off of the c:
    | drive, save the reports there, and tell the various scanners to just scan
    | the e: drive?

Everything is hard-coded in the scripts to exist in; C:\AV-CLS

    | Does that mean I can't run it to scan the registry and the OS if it's on
    | the E: drive, or does it just mean that the program and reports will reside
    | on the C: drive and I can scan any and all other drives?

It means that the C:\AV-CLS tree *MUST* exist on the the "C:" drive. It doesn'r cae if
the OS is in E:\WINDOWS (or whatever) but all the scripts ASSUME all files are located in
    the; C:\AV-CLS tree.
