How can i stop these adverts poppingup everytime I open up my internet
explorer the web page has also been hijacked with mywebsearch page and I
just cannot uninstall it. I have made a log file with spy bot but who can i
forward it to so I can delete the appropriate files?

Actually, use lynx for all I care, anything BUT IE.
