Keep in mind that when you patch/update your Windows OS/Office Suite
on Patch Tuesday each month, your Flashcrap settings will be reset to
default. That means that if you spend 20 minutes on the
Adobe/MacroMedia web site getting rid of all of the default
adware/spyware Flashcrap settings, you will have to redo this each and
every month.
For me, it was just easier to get rid of the damned thing (Flashcrap
Player). If this scenario has changed recently, I wouldn't know. You
have to have a Flashcrap Player in order to use the MacroMedia web
site. Screw 'em.
