I have been asked if "Spam Arrest" is legitimate and is it effective.

I am not familar with this software and would appreciate any comments.

Thanks for replying.

I should have said that I did Google before I posted but the results
didn't , in my opinion, give me any definitive independent confidence
as to the integrity of the program, hence my question.

Maybe I'm expecting too much but I am hoping someone can give a
definitive answer.

Not at all. It sends you MORE spam which just "happens" to pass their
filters. I'd reccommend sending all your spam to knujon@coldrain.net in
..txt or .eml (preferrably) format.
