Stop Messenger service. Your registry is corrupted and recommends i buy Regfixit

Help me please. I am being driven mad by some annoying popup which calls
itself messenger service. This is one of the many messengers it sends me.

Stop Messenger service. Your registry is corrupted and recommends i buy
Regfixit and many other variations of this. I have wiped my pc and
reinstalled xp pro and guess what as soon as i reinstall the internet
without any other program being on my system, its back !

What is this popup called and how do i kill the thing off for good. I am
assuming its got hold of my email details of isp address or something. Its
    so annoying.

You've wasted a lot of effort.

There is an extremely fine line between needing help with a computer
and needing to get a clue. You crossed the line a few miles ago.

Here's one for you: stop top-posting, you ****witted clueless ****.

The guy has a common problem, which he was unable to solve for himself.
He asked for help. He has now learned something. And he'll go on
learning, one thing at time, just as most others do.

I don't know what your ****ing problem is, but until you get perfect,
perhaps you should shut the **** up unless you have something helpful to
    offer.

<laughing> *Someone* hasn't been paying any ****ing attention to her
surroundings. But given your utterly ****witted answer to the OP, I'm
    not surprised.

Just switch the messenger service off. It's as easy as that )

BWAHAHAHAHAHAH! You ****witted ****. It's only 'easy' if the OP knows how to
do it. That you failed to actually help the poster is so noted.

That will stop the symptom but not cure the problem. The OP needs a
    firewall.
