Like, perhaps, that AVG offers FREE editions of its products? Not much
potential advertising revenue in that, compared to Symantec and McAfee?

AVG Antivirus bailed me out of a mess that McAfee had let pass, and I have
been a grateful user for three years. My experience with AVG has been only
positive one. I've had no virus infections since I installed it on my
computer, 36 months ago.
