Your looking for a Virus, Christ there are tons of Trojan/Viruses some
with a built in SMTP engine....

You might try spoofing the email addy if that is possible with your
*access*

Try Anti Virus like Mcafee/NAI or Symantec maybe find a mail virus, and
mail it to the single intended person.

Groups like (http://warezfaq.com) Google search keyword (Wares Warez
email spy).
