Speakeasy's speed test (assuming you are talking about the ones at
www.speakeasy.net/speedtest) use Flash, not Java. You can check this by
right-clicking on them, and a menu with Flash options will pop up.
The tests at broadbandreports.com use Java. Maybe you were remembering
those?
