    History tracker/monitoring

I manage a small business network and all the computers use Firefox for
internet browsing. Unfortunately, some employees have started surfing
instead of working. Worst, we fear sensitive information might've been
transmitted. The employees have also erased their history daily so that
we cannot review what sites they went to. Is there a history
tracker/monitoring that is compatible with Firefox? And that the
employee won't know is installed (hidden spyware?). I seen programs out
there where it does keylogging, parental control... I just need to know
where they been and that's all I need.

    Please advise.

    Thanks.

You don't want to know where they have been. You want to prevent them from getting there in
there in the first place. Otherwise you are too late.

Use a FireWall appliance at the LAn/WAN interface.
