What is "Webfldrs XP" doing in my CCleaner add/remove programs

I'm OK with it being legitimate.
I deleted it already.
I'm just trying to figure out what it does.

Does EVERYONE have WebFlders XP on their system by default?
(note: You won't see it in the normal add/remove programs)

Ooops. I just saw the kind post by Al Dykes.
Thanks Al for testing WebFlders XP out & for explaining what it is.

I am guessing that EVERYONE with XP has WebFldrs XP installed and
running (they just don't know it).

Am I correct?
