WebFldrs allows uploading of files.

There is a whole long list of programs that MS doesn't list in add
remove. Some are listed in XP services, while others don't seem to be
listed at all. The latter ones are generally launched from the command
line when needed. Some of this stuff gets launched by other programs
via a system call to XP so the user in not very involved (or informed)
regarding the function of the program anyway.

Look for an entry in add remove or a short cut to Telnet. There isn't
one. Same for Netmeeting and many more. These programs are embedded
into Windows so if you don't know about them you will never find them.
