    Works perfectly on my computers....
Going by your 'apparent' problems it's found you dont 'appear' to do much
housekeeping on your computers do you.....

Like all programs that deal with/alter the registry use with care and, ABOVE
ALL, know what you and the program is doing when using it.

It found a lot of 'problems' on mine too.

I've been using it since v.1 without problems. The changes and problems
it reports are actually mostly redundant registry entries, which are
safe to remove. That's why it reports thousands of 'problems' which
    aren't really problems as such.

It is useful in that respect as it helps tidy up the bloated Windows
registry, especially if you use Adobe software or Nero. Both seem to
leave extensive tracks in the registry which are dead references to
    deleted files.

Have you used CCleaner? I wonder how it compares.

15 invalid/redundant registry entries on the first scan, and 13 of those
were related to installs of software/freeware I had tried, showing registry
entries for invalid/not found install files in the temp directory...
The other two were related to Directory Opus file extensions.

All 15 deleted without problems and now scans come up clean every time.

I verified the above with CCleaner before allowing AWC to delete them, and
CCleaner found the same 15 'problems.' But then I do have a regular weekly
'housecleaning' session to keep XP's registry in top condition... It takes
me all of 5-10 minutes a week...

CCLeaner is my primary 'health check' for XP's registry. I run it once a
week as part of my regular 'house keeping.' At this stage I intend to use
AWC as a 'second opinion' registry cleaner....
It's got too many crippled opotions (in the free/personal edition) to become
    my primary registry cleaner IMO.
