Yeah, some people never learn. You would think that someone who has
lost important data would eventually understand the importance of
routinely backing up data.

A big part of that problem is that backup is not made routinely easy for
the Avg. user. There are pricey utils out there but no cheap or free
automated solutions. Something I intend to work on when my wife's sister
has some free time (she's the coder) Maybe we can get a bit of freeware out
there to simplify things.
