    I think it is a case of timing. It is hard to differentiate good advice from not especially
    if this area is not area of expertise for you. I can't blame Samantha for the mistake --
    sh!t happens.

    Yeah, I guess 19 mins is a long time - and they (whoever they are)
    reckon women are more patient than men!!

    At least you gave some information - better than the "I've got a
    problem with my computer, how do I fix it" type post where the group's
    expected to get their crystal balls out to discover the nature of the
    "problem". The guys have to be careful, y'know. Crystal balls are
    fragile!!

    What are the error messages? They might be from the trojan (or whatever)
    complaining that it's got a problem!
