753 False Positives. Wow. Is this a record ?

When I had finished dininfecting my machine from various malware crap that
my nephew had managed to install by downloding "cracks" with some sort of
freeware program, I decided to run a couple of extra scans to ensure that my
    machine was completely OK

Then, after running scans with the latest updates of Webroot SpySweeper and
Ad-Aware SE Pro, which both told me my machine totally clean, I decided to
test a new program called PestBlock.

The PestBlock scanner told me that it had detected "753 Pests" on my
    machine.

On further examination, NONE of these "Pests" were actually Spyware or
    Adware.

The PestBlock scanner picked up all the files and registry entries for
    programs like FlashGet,
Bearshare Pro, LimeWire Pro and Kazaa Lite etc.

I found this peculiar because the registered versions of these programs
(which I have) contain no Spyware or Adware at all.

I wonder how many inexperienced users have been frightened into performing
totally unnecessary "clean-ups" by programs scan results like this?

Maybe PestBlock's one of those rogue anti-spyware apps intended to
screw up a machine and open some doors so other malware to get through?

It hasn't made SpywareWarrior's rogue list yet, but I bet it will.
Looks/acts like AdAware. It found very little on my machine... two
MSN.com cookies. Those must be awfully old. I haven't been to MSN for ages.
