Kaspersky flags Asian Disaster donation links as Adware. Whatever next???

This program contains links to donate to "Save The Children" and "Unicef".

Is it moral to class this as Adware?

If anybody can find any REAL adware or spyware in this program, I will
donate $500 to the charity of their choice and send them the receipt to
    prove I have done it.

Adware and spyware are a nuisance, but let's not all become paranoid about
    it. It becomes self defeating.

    Yours,

    Gillian Baskin.
