    New stealth rootkit

Rootkits attack before antyspy ware have been updated, once in a machine the
updates won't pick them up, I found a site that (is the only one I could
    find)
which claims to be the first rootkit eliminator, It is only a free trial
    though.
Just thought it might be of interest
    www.f-secure.com/backlight

F-Secure blacklight is not the first root kit detection utility out
there. Sysinternals have one and there are a few individual efforts
out there. I even found a few rootkit detection utilities which
weren't actual rootkit utils at all. They were trojans :-p. Seems like
rootkits are all the rage now. Don't get duped :=D

Well don't just stand there! Give us the particulars on the trojans
masqerading as rootkit detectors. Please? I found one, but I haven't
opened it yet. Its name is Flister, from:
    http://invisiblethings.org
Do you know anything about that one? Seems OK, but that doesn't
mean anything. I'm leery about trying it out. Can't afford to go down.
    Thanks, Ian.
