Can the US Feds get info from them? Undoubtedly.

    | It was e-mailed by one or more remailers to a service that forwarded it to gradwell.
    | Similar to the way I am sending this.

I thougght as much based upon...
    Comments: Complaints? Email: iamupset@hotpop.com

But, I stated the obvious first.

    Proxys and remailer suck !

In some News Groups use is barred.

If it was 'legally' necessary the forwarder could be questioned and log
    files retrieved from servers.

If the person REALLY wanted to remain anonymous he or she would pick proxy
servers that reside in other countries, countries which aren't exactly
friendly to the US or UK, and ones that are specifically made to keep you
anonymous (email traces are cleaned from servers regularly).

If I was to guess I would say that the OP did *not* go to these lengths so,
yes, the feds can trace this.

Depends. They can definitely trace it to the access point. But not necessarily
to you. Ex: you linked into an wide open wireless AP and used someone elses
account or broke into someones home and used their PC/Internet Account(and
    didn't leave finger prints)

Maybe. But it wouldn't prevent the NHCTU
    http://www.nhtcu.org/
finding you if they really wanted to.
