The first step is to go to <http://customblockinglist.cjb.net/> and
click on "How To" in the menu. Step-by-step instructions are on that
page.

If you have a problem after that go back to the "How To" page and
doublecheck a few things using the "INITIAL TROUBLESHOOTING" list.

If you are still having problems after that then post back with what
your problem is (what it *IS* or *IS NOT* doing) and I'll do my best to
help you, either in the newsgroup or by email, whichever you prefer.
