You want safety?
Don't use any of them.
Even if the P2P client you choose is "clean" of adware or spyware, the
files you download using that client are almost certain to be either
illegal or infected... I know... you don't care.
Just something to think about while you're reformatting your hard drive
to get rid of whatever you've installed.
