identity of initiating program

Hi all! I recently downloaded SpyGuardianPro and the scan on my
computer came back with the following:

I'm new to all this. Can anyone tell me what program initated these
files? (i.e., eblaster, ispynow, etc.) Just curious if someone is
watching me or if these are just something else. Any info would be

Beats the hell out of me. The important thing is to get rid of
intrusive programs and build yourself some security. Follow the
instructions that came with your spy catcher and READ THE FAQ for this
newsgroup.
