Although it's certainly /safer/ to assume that, and always a first
assumption with an unknown site, it doesn't /have/ to be a dodgy site.
My online bank, very far from dodgy, will work up to a point with
Firebird, but it's designed around IE, and they won't change that. It
mostly works, but printing functions, for example, always fail.
Sometimes you have no realistic alternative.
IME anyway.
