    any weather bars not spyware?

I'm looking to install a weather bar on my xp. It runs in the tray but
would not be spyware? Probably not using the right words to describe it but
    hopefully you get the idea.

Went to a site called whistle software and after declining it it tried to
install itself any way. Good thing I had a firewall up.

    Thanks for you help.

In my experience the weather bars are a waste of time.

Last time I went to one, I had three watered-down daquiris
before this meteormaniac throws her isobars all over me, runs
off to the ladies room and gets lost or passes out in there.

    It's a pretty sick scene.

If you go to one, definitely keep your firewall up and zipped,
    maximum compression.
