Browser Sentinel - new IE protection software

As often happens, the new software you installed to enhance your web
surfing experience, in fact slows down or even crashes Internet
Explorer. And you home page is changed to some goods catalogue.

This all is most likely the consequences of installing buggy software,
adware or even spyware. The worst thing is that it is next to
impossible to completely uninstall that kind of software!

But now you have got a solution! Browser Sentinel lets you control
what software can integrate into Internet Explorer.

Browser Sentinel will notify you if a program wants to penetrate into
Internet explorer, add itself to the Windows auto-run list or change
    your home page.

Lots of spyware add themselves to the Windows auto-run list. This
allows them to be started automatically every time you start Windows
and work silently in the background. With Browser Sentinel you will
always be aware of what programs are started automatically at Windows
    start-up.

Browser Sentinel lets you export Internet Explorer's integration
settings to a text file, so you could share this information with
others to get help if something is going wrong with the browser.

With Browser Sentinel you will finally clean up the mess in Internet
Explorer context menu deleting or temporarily disabling useless or
    rarely used items.

    Shareware - $39.95

Oh, really? Will be glad if you press arguments for such a statement.
Well.. from the other hand... yes it does! It spies on spyware, so in
a way you can call it spyware too
