I've tried Adaware and i've tried Spybot. Which is the more
    efficient? I can't judge.

    Thanks

And how are they on cleaning the registry? Mine is rather dirty and I do not
want to clean it by hand. Tried a regcleaner. Easycleaner. Wasn't much use.
Cleaned out only 10% of the useless entries.

I would like the answer to this also. I was using Norton Systemworks but it
went belly up. I did away with it.
