PestPatrol says jpeg32.dll is Keylogger

I just ran PestPatrol and they 'claim' a dll which is actually named BBJpeg.dll
(in the system32 dir) is the jpeg32.dll and a keylogger. Here's the link.

The file size does match, but I'm very skeptical that this is actually a keylogger.

Someone else reported this back in Jan, but there was no followup on it.

Anyone else get this report from PestPatrol and figure out what the real deal is?
