IE toolbars

Hi.
I have this problem with the link, popupcop and norton toolbars. Everytime i
restart the computer they dissapear and I have to put them back up. This is
kinda annoying. A while ago I had some other toolbars that kept poping up,
who were without names. Have this got anything to do with it? Anyone know
how to fix this? thx
