Help Backdoor

I have a friend that is infected with "Backdoor.Hogle" Norton tells her
it's there but can't delete it or quarantine it. Adaware didn't find it.
(May be old program).
Anti-Trojan 5.5 didn't find anything.
She doesn't have SpyBot yet. I'm trying to help her over the phone until
this weekend, and she isn't sure how to down load a program.
Anyone got any ideas on how to get rid of this?

There are instructions here. It must be done in safe mode.
