I had a very hectic last fewweeks plus the darn flu the last several days....hell!!

Anyhow, Gizmo, have you tried downloading Autoruns?

No installation required but when you run the program, check the 'Hide MS Entries' in Options then scroll all the way down on the 'Everything' page to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services and then delete (or at least disable) the related entries.
