Wisdom of posting Ad Aware logs

I have some logs from AdAware and also HiJack This, the meaning of which I'm
not always sure. I've wonder whether these have info in them, if posted to
a public forum like this, that would provide private/secure info to lurkers
who could use it to attack my computer.
I see others posting such logs but I am a little concerned about the wisdom
    of it.
    Any thoughts?
    Thanks
    Chet

I don't use ad aware, but i suggest you report it to people that can
    actually do something with it.
that means hackers are to be reported at their provider, and spy-related
stuff at people who serve us the anti-spyware applications.
for spybot ,i guess you go here

    (if you're sure)

A lot of request are made to take revenge on hackers, but off course these
    requests are never honorated.

    greetings; giel.

What I really need to know is what the log means. Maybe everything is
benign and I don't need to report it to anyone. Is it wise to post on
forums such as this to have someone translate what the program found so I
know if I got something that is not supposed to be on the computer.

I have no problem with you posting them: you were courteous enough to
warn us beforehand. Inasfar as whether or not you may be giving
would-be hackers an inside-tour of your system, well, possibly. If you
are on an ISP with a very dymanic IP -- one that changes each time you
log on -- then there would be no realistic way to find you. However, I
see you are on Roger's cable, and being cable means your IP probably
doesn't change that often, so you'll have to make the call.

If you want, you can email it to my yosponge2 address and I'd be
willing to look at it. Your call.
