I have used ad-aware but it doesnt remove it completely. The program I
didnt mention was because it wasn't a spyware program, just a start up
manager that shows all programs and registry keys loaded for different
users at startup. Some I recognised as spyware ie. gator, others I
recognised as programs or services I used. Others I didnt recognise so
I wanted to check if these were the few programs/registry keys that
were spyware and adware. As it happens said "untrustworthy program"
was startup control center.
