Just looked for update and I get the message "No newer updates available"

Does one have to download these manually?

Tried this a few times today. NG

    Open SB
Tell it to look for updates
    Finds 2 dated 2003-11-02
In Update column has cheked boxes, red "?" with yellow background, and
    description
    Click Download Updates
    "Downloading Detection Rules"
    Wait wait wait (on DSL)
    Ctrl+Alt+Del says SB not responding
    Kill it.
    Try again.
    Same thing.

    Followed the link above. Installed.
    Tried again.
    NFG
    Reboot
    Same crap.

Ideas? Seem no other major complaints here? If I reinstall SB, will it
maintain all the stuff I already have?

    Thanks again...

Ran into the same thing, changed to the US link, clicked the download button
and had no problems getting the downloads.

Suggest you change the download location as the one you are trying sounds
like it might temporarily be unavailable.

Also, check your firewall isn't blocking it or your ISP not blocking it.
