Help!! Cannot remove this !@*#$! app!!

I somehow have a program called 'superfastdownload' from superfastnetworks
that I -cannot- uninstall from my machine!

I do a full search and delete everything associated with the program, but
EVERY TIME I REBOOT IT REINSTALLS ITSELF!

How the !@*& can I remove this thing????? Good god, I hope those *******s
who wrote this piece of crap go out of business.

Can anyone help?
