HITBOSS question...how do I get it of my browser?

In the Tools menu of my IE 6, theres a line of question marks. ??????
??????? ?????? like that..... Click on this and be directed to
http://www.hitboss.com/Wallpapers/

How do I make this go away? I've tried spybot etc.... no luck. I'd
appreciate a hand.....
