    vgar32.exe?

Anyone has anyone heard of vgar32.exe? It put it selft in my registry for
startup and closes Task Manager and regedit everytime i tried to open them.
i finally booted into safemode to remove it. I ran adaware and S&D and they
    didnt' find anything.
