I'm using W2K SP4 with IE 6 SP1.
When I delete the "history" of recently visited sites, the address bar of IE
should not "remember" any webpage or URL of any kind. It has been so until
recently, now if I clean up the history (from Internet Explorer options) and
the cookies and all the temporary IE file, a link remains there anyway:
if I type "h" in the address bar, the drop-down list opens, showing just
this link, and it is always there: (don't click it, it's just the picture of
a topless girl):
http://www.hot-chixs.com/ls18-32/07.jpg

Why does this URL survive after the history clean-up?
Is my IE6 exploited by some form of adware, or tracking cookie or else?
What's it? Is it someone who kicked that crap in my browser to make my IE
give them an "hit" (page visit) everytime I use it? What's this?

If I go to that page, I can't see the HTML, maybe this is due to the fact
that this URL points straigth to a JPG file?

How can i definitively clean up history from that url?
Or, can someone point me to the right site/group/forum where I can find some
help?

Thanks in advance

Vilco
