Language changes to Portuguese

Whenever I go to microsoft.com, it comes up fine in English. But whenever I click on "Support" or "Knowledge Base", the language changes to Portuguese. Other links (Downloads and Updates) are fine in English. If I opena new window and attempt to go directly to support (support.microsoft.com) it STILL comes up in Brasil/Portuguese.

Be certain that your Regional Language settings are correct.
Go to Start, Control Panel, Regional and Language Options. Check there to be certain that the choice is Engilish(United States) is chosen.
Also in Internet Explorer go to Tools, Internet Options, Languages at the bottom of the General Tab, Languages. Be certain English(United States) is the chosen language.

Then it probably would be a good idea to go here READ ME Before Posting A Request For Assistance!
Follow all instructions given, including online scans, the download and use of the anti-spy programs and having fixes done by all of items which may be found. Once you have completed all the steps given then run HiJackThis, you can find the link above and save the log and post it here. We can then better tell if there is something bad lurking there.
