How do i remove "Adbureau"

Every time i scan for spyware using spybot s&d it
detects a spyware called "adbureau". I click the
"fix" button & it appears the problem is resolved.
The next day "Adbureau" is back again! Besides
spybot s&d i use 3 other spyware eliminators.
Suggestions please?

Your internet security setting is to low.....set to at least medium
