Noted, but the free version also requires a serial number to be entered. I
don't see from your evidence so far what the possible cause of your problem
might have been. The fact that after you uninstalled ID-Blaster the problem
disappeared does not IMHO show ID-Blaster to have been the cause
necessarily. That's a logical fallacy: post hoc ergo propter hoc.
