Pls help me get rid of doubleclick.net

    HI,

Lord knows what I've done to deserve it, but I keep getting this pop-up
prompt every time I browse different pages. It does go away every time I
click cancel , but it is starting to do my head in now.

Please please me out on how to stop it.

    Thx

    Control Panels/Internet Options/Security/Restricted Sites/Sites and enter
    the following: *://*.doubleclick.net
    That should do the trick!

Here's how to remove it and prevent it coming back.

    1) Scan your system for commercial parasites using Ad-aware and Spybot S&D:

    http://www.tomcoyote.org/SPYBOT/
    - before you do, remember to download the latest updates!

    2) Block doubleclick by using a combination of your hosts file and DNSKong:

    3) Control cookies by using CookieWall:

So turn OFF JavaScript, Java and ActiveX. Better yet, dump that
    piece-o-crap browser you're using (<http://www.litepc.com/ieradicator.html>
will make that a painless proposition) and replace it with something decent,
like K-Meleon, or Mozilla, or an older version of Opera.
