I like to try old games over again with an upgrade just to see what works and what kind of visual improvments are available/ higher res, more texture color depth, better looking lighting effects, more detail in the textures etc etc. I havn't played BF2 but I hear there's something going on with the online play, UT2004 online play with comcast and charter is really ****ED now, and alot of more games are getting ****ED up internet response, it's not like it used to be 5 years ago.... must be all those x-box live customers and the higher up's that market x-box live dishing out bribes to service privers and backbone companies for IP route priority....

I really havent had all the issues alot of people are complaining about I will say it takes a decent system and good internet connection will make a big difference in the game play. You need a really low ping to score well but if you have a decent system it looks really nice and some of the mods are gorgeous. Its a lot of fun and really not to many hacks yet.
