Can I delete these files?

[The Cincinnati Bearcats]

I recently downloaded Norton AntiVirus 2004 and ran a check on my system..it
came up with 0 infected files, but 24 at-risk files. All of the files were
classified as spyware or adware...anybody know if I can just simply one-by-one
delete these files? The antivirus program did not delete them, so they're
still in my system. Here's a list of them, if it helps..

If you can quarantine them, see if your machine is happier without them, some if not all
are Spyware - problem is, Norton 2004 doesn't really know what to do withthem, thus the
"at risk" file(s) notification.
If you can't send them to quarantine, back them up to removable media, delete them and run
your machine for a number of days to ensure that no functionality of programs are lost.

If all else fails, get a real Spyware scanner until Norton proves itself out that it
*really* does target Adware.

The "Bde" files are all Kazzaa related. I think Sentry comes from Grokster.

Personally, I'd uninstall all P2P apps with spyware via Add/Remove programs.
Then run NAV 2004, Spybot S&D and AdAware. Then reinstall spyware free
appkications.
