Help with Kerio, Spybot

My firewall (a Sygate subset, part of System Suite) went
belly-up. So, this gave me the first excuse to extricate
myself from this utility set and I installed Kerio. I read
the Kerio user manual (what there is of it)..

So, I'd like to know where I can find further information,
tips, list files, etc. I've seen one or two people refer to
a file by Sponge, but I've not found this on his all-purpose
page.

Incidentally, the included antivirus with System Suite 4
(that uses processed Trend signature files) is hanging. I've
not been pleased with the publisher's timliness in
processing these files, so I'm looking for an antivirus
program also.

As far as Anti-virus goes, Kaspersky's is one of the best out there.
