HOSTS update 19/9/03

The one is use and *most prefer* & strongly recommend.

For those of you that may want to disable HOSTS, use the batch file which can be loaded
from a shortcut of your choosing.

It has 3334 entries with a few duplicates.

There are now a total of 18910 hosts here and both are very good.

The HOSTS file manager that can merge and delete duplicates. It has an
disable/enable button.
