    Window Washer Error Message?

    Hi,
Just purchased Webroot's Window Washer and have received the following message:
"The system cannot find the file specified: .IE 6 Form Data" The washer does
not "wash" any more files when that message appears and seems to be hung up at
that point. Can anyone tell me what I can to to fix things?

    Thanks

Why? It's well-known to be crap, promoted and sold via spam. (Not as
Ghod-awful as Evidence Eliminator, of course -- not much could be -- but
    still...)

    Return it for a refund.

First and foremost, set the system up correctly in the first place. If you
do that, the "need" for after-the-fact "band-aids" like WW is largely
    obviated.

Beyond that, the old standby products like AdAware and SS&D will do all
those things that WW does which are really useful/necessary.

Thanks. Still learning. I bought it because my computer was running slower
and I thought all that stuff I picked up form Web was slowing it down. Looking
    at some other programs.
